At least Wilson and Truman both had extreme remorse for the horrific and egregious mistakes they had made while in office, but not George W. Bush and Dick Cheney. Not for one minute. They will defend to their dying day that their evil was justified, such as the Iraq War and the lie that Saddam had something to do with 9/11, or how about the WMD lie, the alleged "weapons of mass destruction" that were not there?

Well please excuse those of us who might have a hard time finding any excuse or explanation as credible from anyone in that "integrity challenged" administration. Update! After a 7.4 Japan quake, and a 4.0 Greenbrier, AR quake on Thursday, April 7th, the HAARP data page has mysteriously been blocked, or temporarily pulled. The timing of this "glitch" is highly questionable. With all of the myriad allegations floating about HAARP and earthquakes, this gives the impression that data is now being hidden, or possibly doctored until it can be put back up. To see this happen in conjunction with these already highly questionable quake areas is extremely disconcerting, to say the least.

Much like 9/11, allegations have begun to fly in the aftermath of the Japan earthquake, regarding possible nefarious exotic military technology. While NewsFocus hates to believe that such an atrocity could ever be possible, our investigation of 9/11 has opened our eyes as to the ultimate lows that a secret ultra-rich cabal could sink to in furthering a long proposed plan for a new world order. There are people in this world who have the unlimited financial resources, with vast wealth far beyond Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, and the rest of the Forbes Fortune 500 list; shady, immoral people who are carrying out an agenda for a one world government, ruled by them.

There are many elements to the Honshu, Japan earthquake that have raised questions for many. The first is the quake itself, a phenomenal 9.0 that shook uncharacteristically for a staggering two minutes. The second is the unwavering tenacity of the sizable aftershocks, most of them major quakes by themselves. Normally aftershocks diminish in severity over time, however the Japan quakes continually jump back into the mid to high six range on the Richter scale. This is not typical for earthquakes, at least not to the degree that has taken place in Japan. Toss in a report of Japan allegedly being threatened with an earthquake machine, if they did not turn over their nation's finances to the ultra wealthy international banking cartel, and you can see why some are taking a discriminating look at the disaster. After 9/11, many are understandably now open to potential government conspiracies. An undeniable history of government deceit makes it all to easy.

All of this certainly makes for interesting internet conspiracy banter, however, data collected from several northern magnetometers shows a curious 2.5 Hz frequency that mysteriously began just a few hours before the first 7.3 quake on March 9th, and eerily enough ended just a few hours after the huge 9.0 and 7.7 quakes. Many are claiming this curious 2.5 Hz signal is the signature of the U.S. HAARP array in Gakona, Alaska. Appropriately enough, one of the many  magnetometers that recorded the strange frequency is also based at Gakona.

The thought of a premeditated strike such as this is uncomfortable to entertain for even the staunchest conspiracy advocates, however, a closer look at the magnetometer data reveals too many uncanny signal-to-quake correlations, with unexplainable timing.

Nicola Tesla was said to have discovered technology over 80 years ago which allegedly could split the earth. Dubbed the earthquake machine, Tesla was said to have dropped his pursuit of the invention, for fear that it would fall into the hands of the wrong people.

A lot has been said about the giant HAARP array in Gakona, Alaska. Begun in 1990 and completed in 2007, HAARP stands for High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. Their stated purpose, from the website FAQ... "The goal of this program is to further advance our knowledge of the physical and electrical properties of the Earth's ionosphere which can affect our military and civilian communication and navigation systems."

They also state, "The fundamental goal of research conducted at HAARP is knowledge; to explore and to understand natural phenomena occurring in the Earth's ionosphere and near-space environment. Information derived from this research will have major value in the design of future communication and navigation systems for both military and civilian use."

At one time, the site made the claim that the facility was "a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes."

You can see a satellite view of the facility by using Google maps or Google earth. The coordinates are 62°23'33.73"N 145° 9'2.61"W. The interesting thing is, much of the field is mysteriously blurred out.

The HAARP station is a highly secure facility and not open to the public. They have very limited open house sessions to the public. They state on their website, "Entry to the facility is normally restricted to those having a need to conduct business at the facility."

One of the most interesting admissions on the official HAARP site states that, "HAARP draws only housekeeping power, used for lighting, heating, and computers, from the local power grid. During research operations, the HAARP facility is taken off the local power grid completely."

That last line is the most interesting. It would seem that this facility draws an inordinate amount of power and they do not want that information to become public, nor do they want a physical public utility trail for investigators to follow in tracking its operating schedule.

Another interesting statement on the official HAARP site is their response to a question regarding environmental safety and the on-site field strength of the array:

"The only points on the site that approach the EM safety standard are close to or directly under the antenna array itself. Numerous computer simulations, confirmed with measurements during tests show that the highest fields are actually near the edge of the ground screen, about 60 - 80 feet away from the nearest antenna element. A fence around the antenna gravel pad, about 60 feet farther out than the ground screen (about 150 feet away from the antennas all around), encloses the limited area under the antennas where fields might exceed the standard."

This response is certainly open for question. Look at the top picture on this page and take note of how far away the main building actually sits from the physical antenna field. If indeed it was that safe, the building would certainly be much closer to the actual system, if not simply for logistics, security, and observation purposes.

One of the hottest topics of internet conversation and speculation, HAARP has been linked to missile defense, weather control, military ELF communications, mind control, and lastly, as an earthquake instigator. What its true use is for is clearly hard to ascertain. Given the history of government secrecy and disinformation (lying), it is impossible to believe the stated mission purpose, as provided on their website.

If indeed the project is for studying the ionosphere, or for communications studies, you have to ask yourself why there are so many similar installations scattered around the world, when one facility could easily handle this simple task.

One interesting story comes from former Japanese Finance Minister Hazel Kakanaka who claims that Japan was threatened with "an earthquake machine" if they did not turn over their financial system to American and European members of the IMF (International Monetary Fund). Allegedly, once the story became public, the Japanese city of Nigata was coincidentally hit with two powerful earthquakes.

Based on Tesla technology, the HAARP system was first developed by the Russians. It is now rumored that the EU has such a system, with China also pursuing the advanced scalar technology.

Whatever the real story is, it may be years before the civilian public ever truly finds out the truth about HAARP.

The Army Corps of Engineers has purposefully breached a hole in the Birds Point levee near Wyatt, Missouri. The destruction of the levee was an alleged attempt to prevent further flooding for nearby small towns, but instead may very well now have endangered millions more people. By strategically flooding 200 square miles of farm and swampland, the risk of earthquakes may now rise in the precarious New Madrid fault zone. It is an established fact that new large bodies of water, such as man-made dams, can cause earthquakes, due to the increased weight and movement of the water.

NewsFocus has been corresponding since mid-March with retired USGS geologist Jim Berkland, the only person to predict the large 7.1 San Francisco World Series earthquake. Berkland maintains that large bodies of water, such as those created by dams, do in fact cause earthquakes. At a time when the U.S. government is preparing for a major catastrophic New Madrid earthquake with their FEMA NLE 2011 drills, one has to question the logic used in purposefully flooding the New Madrid area with such a huge expanse of water.

It is interesting to note that during the huge "500 year flooding" of 2008 and 2009 that this type of drastic effort was not needed. What makes 2011 so different from those huge flood years? It is true that an enormous amount of levees burst on their own during those floods, but this year is no comparison to '08 and '09, so why the intentional bursting of levees now, to flood the New Madrid area?

New Madrid Fault Zone Threatened By Mysterious Earthquake Swarm

An area of high concern for NewsFocus, and those tracking earthquake activity, is the Greenbrier, Arkansas area, just 43 miles north of Little Rock. This tiny town of roughly 4,500 people has had more concentrated earthquakes within a very small, extremely focused area, than any place else since the Japan 9.1 quake.

Greenbrier has had hundreds of minor quakes within a triangular area no wider than 2.5 miles on the south end and barely half a mile on the north end. In all, the small tract of land measures roughly 7.5 miles long.

The earthquake swarm that has hit this tiny tract of land is most unusual. Despite the close proximity to the dangerous New Madrid fault line, oil and gas companies have been allowed to continue deep drilling and fracking operations, causing many to openly question the sanity of Arkansas Oil & Gas. The Greenbrier area has been the source of over 100 earthquakes since March 3rd. The largest quake was a 4.7 shaker on February 28th, however a 4.0 on Thursday, April 7th, and a 4.2 on April 8th is causing alarm for many residents.

The internet is rampant with allegations from many concerning "eco-weaponry" at work. While the alleged technology is said to be held by Russia and the U.S., with China also rumored to be pursuing the new weapons system as well, the conclusive proof is still speculative at this point. The fact that the HAARP website and companion data page have mysteriously gone down just two days before both the recent Japan and Greenbrier quakes has many wondering about the timing and coincidence of its disappearance. Greenbrier, Arkansas continues to hold the the most earthquakes within the smallest tract of land and has been the source of much concern. With many alleging nefarious meddling from eco-weaponry, such as HAARP, the official website for the HAARP station was mysteriously pulled down two days prior to the latest Greenbrier quakes.

Update - 04/10: The Greenbrier quakes have been downgraded by USGS to a 3.9 magnitude. This is not unusual for them to do. A USGS geologist has recently told NewsFocus that many times earthquakes are downgraded for 1) insurance reasons, 2) regional and local economics, and 3) to suppress fear. So much for government integrity in reporting disasters. (Note: curiously the smaller quakes have not been downgraded, only the larger quakes.)

Update - 04/08: At a time when the HAARP website and its companion data page have mysteriously gone down, the earthquake activity in Greenbrier, Arkansas has suddenly gone way up. The area has encountered two 4+ quakes in the last twelve hours, with seismic frequency increasing dramatically. (Read More)

The island nation of Japan has once again been struck by another major earthquake, this time a 7.4 quake. This flies in the face of historical earthquake data, as magnitude severity tends to wane with time, however not so in Honshu, Japan. The besieged country has been on a veritable rollercoaster of seismic activity since its initial 7.3, then 9.0 and 7.7 quakes. The country will settle into the 5 and 4 range, but then suddenly shoot back up into the mid to high sixes. That is atypical for most quakes. As a survivor of the 7.1 San Francisco earthquake, this reporter has witnessed firsthand the awful fury of a large quake, including the hundreds of aftershocks that follow. What is happening in Japan appears most unusual and is quite alarming.

Quake activity has also been high for Alaska, but the Greenbrier, Arkansas area is most concerning as well. (See story above.) More to come.

NewsFocus: One note to consider when reading this story... the last great age of quakes in the 1950s and 60s just so happened to coincide with the inordinate amount of nuclear bomb testing that took place at the time. Coincidence or not, the large quake era ended the same time as the nuclear weapons testing. This says nothing about the current era of recent large quakes that have struck since the new millennium, although new, more advanced technologies, such as "eco-weapons" are now something to consider in assessing tectonic disruptions and the resulting seismic activity.

The super-moon has passed, not to return again until 2016, however, for those tracking quake activity, it is readily apparent that there was new quake activity associated with its proximity. Honshu rose back to the 6.1 level on the first day of the full moon. On the 20th and the 21st, there were many significant new quakes, as well as a clear peak of large quakes on the 22nd. Normally after a large earthquake the severity of the quakes diminishes, but the Honshu quake magnitudes rose higher instead. There were also new quakes in Afghanistan, the Philippines, and Taiwan, plus the first significant large quake in the South Atlantic, since the Japan quakes began.

All of this is just as noted former USGS geologist Jim Berkland described in detail to NewsFocus. He said that the quakes would more than likely get stronger as the full moon progressed, much the same way the tides do. Berkland also went out of his way to reiterate to NewsFocus that the weekend was merely an optimum window, and that we are still under a severe quake watch for the rest of March. NewsFocus urges people to stay prepared and be alert.

2nd Day of Full Moon: Quake Activity Trending Up From Saturday
Number of Significant Quakes Rises Dramatically Over Saturday

After the second day of the "super-moon," NewsFocus has noted that the number of significant quakes has risen tremendously. This should come as no surprise, for as forecasted by Jim Berkland, the full affect of the full moon on the tides is not until the second and third day. He told NewsFocus that their movement will also play a role in seismic activity. So far, he seems to be spot on.

As of 9:37pm the number of 4.5+ quakes has reached 45, with the number of 5.0+ earthquakes reaching 15 already.

The quake data for the last few days looks like this: (Adjusted for CDT)

Some of the most active spots to watch for in the U.S. are...

• Southern coast of Alaska / Pacific NW
• Northern California (Geysers area / Boggs Mtn State Forest)
• Central California (south of Hollister / Pinnacles Natl Monument)
• Greenbrier, Arkansas / New Madrid fault zone
• SW U.S. /  NW Mexico (San Diego, Mexicali, Gulf of CA)

These areas have seen the most seismic activity and should be watched carefully.

It should be noted that the moon's pull on the tides will not happen immediately, in conjunction with the actual moment of perigee, but will instead lag behind for two to three days. Something to keep in mind.

I have had a couple of recent conversations with former USGS geologist Jim Berkland, who is a veritable treasury of information. I mentioned to Mr. Berkland that this was the worst seismic activity in our lifetime, to which he readily agreed. He said that in a normal day there are an average of three 5+ earthquakes. That number during the recent quake activity is off the charts!

For those that think this kind of quake activity is a normal phenomenon, they are sadly mistaken. He says that over 50 quakes of 6+ magnitude in Japan is an extraordinary occurrence. In short, this recent quake activity is not normal, by any stretch of the imagination folks.

Berkland is considered one of the world's foremost earthquake authorities, if not the best. He takes into account many factors in assessing earthquake probabilities, one of which is missing pet reports. he says that in San Diego there are over 140 reports of missing pets. That fact, coupled with nearby beached whale sightings are an indicator that something may be up for that area.

Mr. Berkland concluded by saying that March is not the only window for quake activity. He said that March, April and October are all historically big earthquake months. Jim's advice to all is prepare, just in case.

The glaring difference between the two is that Orwell’s dystopian society is overtly totalitarian. A populous with little to no concept of their subjugation makes them the perfect subjects to rule.

For a small group of the super-wealthy to take-over our Republic through a covert coup, they would need to accomplish specific objectives first, things which would enable them to reach their goal, such as buying up the media, politicians, and our judicial system. There would be many to pay off, but with a small cabal of only six of the world's richest people, each could contribute enough to the pot to easily buy off the interests needed to set such a plan in motion. A key component of the coup is buying up the media, the watchdog of our democracy. For those that scrutinize the media, we've seen this happen all to often, many times over now, in recent years.

With politicians from both sides of the political aisle on the payroll, coupled with a complicit bought-out corporate news media, plus a heavily stacked judiciary of far-right conservative judges, the tools are clearly already in place for a silent takeover of the world's last great Republic.

If you have the insight to see what's happening around you, around all of us, it's up to each person who sees the truth to spread that news onward to others. Now! Don't be silent. Speak up. There are numerous reports circulating that Canada and the U.S. are secretly negotiating a security and trade deal which could be signed as early as January 2011. The proposed agreement would establish a security perimeter as a means to better secure North America and stimulate trade. Only one US senator - Democrat Russ Feingold of Wisconsin - voted against the legislation.

Three sections of the Act were due to "sunset" - expire, unless reauthorized - on December 31 of last year. Congress must amend those sections that have been found unconstitutional or have been abused to collect information on innocent people. The House of Representatives passed legislation, but the Senate Judiciary Committee was unable to agree on language and voted to temporarily extend consideration until next month. ...

Here's a quick quiz: What do Ted Kennedy, Cat Stevens and Nelson Mandela have in common? Okay, so that's an easy one for you folks with attention spans longer than it takes to type out a tweet. Indeed, all of these luminaries have appeared on the "No-Fly List," also known as the "Terrorist Watch List," which is used to prevent suspect persons from being able to fly on commercial aircraft in or out of the United States. The list was established after 9/11, and is estimated to contain perhaps half a million names, although its precise workings are shrouded by the vicissitudes of "national security."

Following the Christmas Day bombing attempt, it has been reported by CNN that "the US government has lowered the threshold for information deemed important enough to put suspicious individuals on a watch list or no-fly list, or have their visa revoked." Officials have stated that "the new standard is much lower than before December 25. For example, decisions could be taken to put someone on a no-fly list or a watch list based on one credible source, instead of the previous standard of using multiple sources." As Wired subsequently reported, not everyone on a "watch list" automatically winds up on the "no fly list," although the implications of being on any incarnation of these lists can include immediate arrest, the collection of biometric data, information being gathered about contacts, and notification of local "fusion centers" that bring together law enforcement agencies at all levels. ...

There is also this report from Wayne Madsen on Oped News of an L-3 consultant to the NSA who had watched a live feed of the first 9/11 plane impact as it happened. L-3 is included among corporations which were investigated by the SEC for unusual stock put-options in relation to 9/11. ...

What is undeniable in the latter domestic attacks, is that a high degree of intelligence and funding were required to pull these events off. Around half of U.S. troop fatalities are caused by blood loss from battlefield injuries. Now, with another 30,000 troops deploying to Afghanistan, the Pentagon is pushing for medical advances that can save more lives during combat.  The Defense Department’s latest research idea: Stop bleeding injuries by turning pigs into the semi-undead. If it works out, we humans could be the next ones to be zombified.

Military’s mad-science arm Darpa has awarded $9.9 million to the Texas A&M Institute for Preclinical Studies (TIPS), to develop treatments that can extend a “golden period” when injured war fighters have the best chance of coming back from massive blood loss. Odds of survival plummet after an hour — during combat, that kind of quick evacuation, triage and treatment is often impossible.

The institute’s research will be based on previous Darpa-funded efforts. One project, at Stanford University, hypothesized that humans could one day mimic the hibernation abilities of squirrels — who emerge from winter months no worse for wear — using a pancreatic enzyme we have in common with the critters. The other, led by Dr. Mark Roth at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, used nematode worms and rats to test how hydrogen sulfide could block the body’s ability to use oxygen — creating a kind of “suspended animation” where hearts stop beating and wounds don’t bleed. After removing 60 percent of the rat’s blood, Dr. Roth managed to keep the critters alive for 10 hours using his hydrogen sulfide cocktail. ...

The Pentagon’s Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate has been developing the Thermal Laser System since 2005, with the purpose of developing a weapon that could disperse crowds or incapacitate individuals by causing them to experience burning sensations in their skin.

According to NewScientist magazine, the weapon has evolved into a rifle-mounted instrument, and there are plans for a hand-held model that could be used by police forces.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Long-secret security tapes showing the chaos immediately after the 1995 bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building are blank in the minutes before the blast and appear to have been edited, an attorney who obtained the recordings said Sunday.

"The real story is what's missing," said Jesse Trentadue, a Salt Lake City attorney who obtained the recordings through the federal Freedom of Information Act as part of an unofficial inquiry he is conducting into the April 19, 1995, bombing that killed 168 people and injured hundreds more.

Trentadue gave copies of the tapes to The Oklahoman newspaper, which posted them online and provided copies to The Associated Press.

According to the project’s Web site, once completed, Project Indect would even be able to track vehicles as a type of support network for EU police officers.
